Edit and complete matches
Record a winner from the bracket editor and check the official result and downstream routing.
Before you begin
Both players must be seated in an Assigned, Queued, or In Progress match to record a winner.

- 2

Select the winning player's name
- 3

Complete status, end time, and next-round seats
- 1
Open Edit match on Bracket
Use the Edit match button on the intended match. Its header identifies the round, match, status, table, and recorded times. Live / Stats does not provide these editing controls.
- 2
Understand the editing limits
Player names cannot be edited while In Progress or Complete. Table changes are blocked while In Progress. For eligible matches, Save Names updates roster names; Save Table sets an assignment; Clear Table removes it.
- 3
Start or undo a start
Start Match Now records the start time and requires a table; it prompts if none is assigned. Undo Start returns the match to ready while keeping its table assignment.
- 4
Record the winner
Under Record winner, select the winning player's name. Confirm the match becomes Complete, has an end time, and routes the players to the appropriate next matches. Double elimination routes the loser as well as the winner.
- 5
Or use the table card
Tables → Live floor shows player-specific wins buttons on an in-progress card. Review the winner confirmation before applying it, then verify the saved result on Bracket.
- 6
Correct a result carefully
On a completed match, use Clear Match Result. Check the original match and downstream seats afterward, refreshing if the dialog still shows the old status. The tested correction returned the match to Queued with no table or times. Downstream play can prevent a safe correction; do not assume it can always be undone.
What to check afterward
The official result and bracket agree. After a correction, review table assignments again before restarting the match.
Player report disagreements need director review. A player's submission is not automatically the official winner; matching reports advance only when Auto-Advance is enabled.
